This appeal follows a judgment and sentence entered by the District Court for the District of Colorado after a jury verdict determined Kandis to be guilty of a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014, knowingly making a false statement to a federally-insured bank for the purpose of obtaining a loan. Appellant asserts three contentions of trial error as grounds of prejudice requiring the conviction to be set aside....
