In this jury-waived court-tried action on a promissory note, judgment was entered in favor of plaintiffs-respondents Noval Cantrell and Nevada Cantrell against Marn Cafourek, defendant-appellant, the plaintiffs-respondents having dismissed as to defendant Nedra Cafourek prior to trial.
