MORIAL, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing plaintiff's petition for annual accountings and a final account on an exception of prescription based on LSA-C.C. Article 340, which provides:

"The action of the minor against his tutor, respecting the acts of the tutorship, is prescribed by four years, to begin from the day of his majority."

Plaintiff-appellant, Alberta Mary Forest Jarreau, is the widow and duly qualified administratrix...
