BOUTALL, Judge.
This is an appeal by an employer from an adverse decision in favor of the Administrator, State of Louisiana, Department of Employment Security and a discharged employee, holding that the discharged employee was not guilty of misconduct such as to disqualify him from receiving unemployment compensation benefits.
