By this suit for accounting and settlement of accounts between five partners in a restaurant and bar venture, the managing partner, Manuel Corsi, sought contribution from the other partners: Dr. Narciso Cortez, Raul Tijerina, Jr., Johnny Cavazos, and Gilbert J.
