This action arises out of the expropriation by the Castro Government of Cuba of Tabacalera Cubana, S. A. (Tabacalera), a Cuban cigar manufacturer whose cigars were purchased and imported into the United States by defendant, Faber, Coe & Gregg (FC&G), an American importer. The issues raised are, with variations, similar to a number of the issues in F. Palicio y Compania,
