This is a suit by the holder of a promissory note, secured by a crop pledge, to recover the principal, interest, and attorney's fees due on the note. After a trial on the merits, judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $8,936.24, (the principal amount of the note) together with legal interest from date of judicial demand.
