As a result, Matelan Gray petitioned the Nineteenth Judicial District Court of East Baton Rouge Parish to be appointed as natural tutrix of her minor child, Iris Yvette Blackburns. She also sought authority to enter into an agreement on behalf of the minor child with Raymond M. Richard to compromise...
