This matter involves the appeal of that portion of a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County which awarded the plaintiff American Financial Leasing and Services Company the amount of $2,119.79, which the plaintiff argued and the trial court agreed was "stipulated damages" included in a lease contract by and between the parties hereto.
