HOOD, Judge.

Louis Sers claims damages for personal injuries which he sustained when a vehicle owned by South Central Bell Telephone Company collided with a pickup truck owned by Sers. The defendants are the telephone company and its employee, Richard K. Robinette, Jr. Judgment was rendered by the trial court in favor of plaintiff, and defendants have appealed.
