Jacob Cantrell III, 17 years of age, was arrested in Jefferson County by sheriff's deputies, without a warrant, for possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was never taken before the Juvenile Court of Jefferson County. Instead, he was charged with the offense in the Municipal Court of Pine Bluff.
