DYER, Circuit Judge:

Bursey and Elliott were convicted in a jury trial of possession with intent to distribute peyote, a controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(a). On appeal they contend that two separate automobile searches resulting in the Government's discovery of the contraband were violative of their fourth amendment rights. Because we find this contention meritorious, we reverse the judgment below...
