This is an action for damages arising out of an automobile accident. It was instituted by Floyd N. Written, Richard LeBlanc and Angie Duay, the latter suing individually and as administratrix of the succession of her deceased husband, Carl O. Duay. The defendant is The Travelers Indemnity Company.
