This cause is before us on petition for writ of certiorari to the Florida Industrial Relations Commission.

Claimant, petitioner herein, seeks review of an Order of the Industrial Relations Commission, dated July 27, 1973, which reversed and remanded an earlier Order of the Judge of Industrial Claims which had held claimant to be permanently and totally disabled.
