This diversity action was brought in the district court by the plaintiff as the administrator of the estate of Dovie B. Blasky, deceased. Mrs. Blasky died as a result of injuries received in a traffic accident involving the automobile in which she was a passenger and a tractor-trailer owned by the defendant, Wheatley Trucking, Inc.
