This is an attempted appeal from an order of the probate court granting a new trial. Appellee Annie Lou Douglass, surviving widow of Willie Byron Douglass, was originally appointed the administratrix of her deceased husband's estate. Thereafter, she was removed as administratrix without notice for having failed to file an inventory and appraisement of the estate within ninety days after her appointment.
