Appellant, as plaintiff below, brought and tried this action under the Federal Employers' Liability Act. At the conclusion of the plaintiff's case, defendant moved for a directed verdict and the trial judge reversed ruling permitting the cause to go to the jury. The jury found for the plaintiff.
