SCHWAB, Chief Judge.

This appeal arises out of an order sustaining defendants' pretrial demurrer to plaintiff's complaint for failure to state a cause of action.

Plaintiff's complaint alleged that she had been employed as a nontenured teacher by defendants for a period of nearly 14 years under annual contracts. In March of 1972 she was notified by defendants that she would not be re-employed for the following year. As permitted by ORS 342.513
