RALEIGH BROWN, Commissioner.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for murder with malice. Punishment was assessed by the court at fifty (50) years.

In his first ground of error the appellant challenges the court's overruling his motion for an instructed verdict because of the insufficiency of the evidence to corroborate the testimony of the accomplice witness, Juan Ruiz.
