The single question presented on this appeal is whether or not the trial court committed prejudicial error in denying appellant's motion to suppress certain evidence. We have previously been called upon to pass upon the legality of this same search. See Culnane v. State, Fla.App. 1973, 277 So.2d 805, filed May 8, 1973.
