Teague Rental Equipment, Inc., (Teague), and its workmen's compensation insurer, Highlands Insurance Company (Highlands), endeavoring to recover workmen's compensation benefits, including medical expenses, for injuries which he asserts he sustained on April 9, 1971, in the course and scope of his employment by defendant, Teague.
