McCORMICK, Justice.

Defendants appeal trial court's decree quieting title to about 1400 acres of Missouri River bottomland in plaintiffs and intervenor. We affirm.

The land is located adjacent to the present east bank of the Missouri River in an area called Copeland's Bend in Fremont County.
