Farnsworth and Company, Inc., hereafter referred to as Farnsworth, against the Louisiana State Department of Highways, hereafter referred to as department, for damages resulting from a breach of contract. The Louisiana Department of Highways filed a third party demand against the Ouachita Parish School Board claiming that the school board is liable to it for any damages it may have to pay the construction company...
