Appellants, Louis Nakaladski, a/k/a Louis Nash [hereinafter "Nash"], and Ettore Coco, a/k/a Eddie Coco [hereinafter "Coco"], were convicted of violating various anti-loan sharking provisions of Title II of the Consumer Credit Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. § 891 et seq. Specifically, they were found guilty of: (1) conspiring to make and making extortionate extensions of credit in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 892;1
