These consolidated cases arose out of a one car accident which occurred at approximately 2:30 P.M., on November 5, 1967, on Louisiana Highway 37 (Greenwell Springs Road), near Baywood, Louisiana. The automobile involved was a 1967 Mercury 4 door automobile owned by Budget Rent-A-Car of Louisiana, Inc. (Budget) and being operated by Jack Penton.
