This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. On March 21, 1972 the appellant waived trial by jury and entered a plea of guilty before the court to the offense of unlawful possession of marihuana. His punishment was assessed at four (4) years, but the imposition of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation.
