Cox and Margaret Cox, husband and wife, have appealed from a judgment entered on August 4, 1972, awarding the custody and control of Stephanie Kay Bramblet to her father, appellee Donnie Bramblet, and removing her from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Cox and their two children.
