This is a suit by plaintiff, Alva S. Branch, against defendants, Watkins Realty Corporation, Haskell D. Watkins, and Claude R. Watkins, for the alleged breach of an oral lease. Plaintiff seeks to have the oral lease recognized and specifically performed. In the alternative, plaintiff seeks damages for the alleged breach of the lease contract.
