This is a suit for the recision of the sale of a Dodge Winnebago Motor Home on grounds of redhibition. In the alternative, the petitioner seeks a reduction of the purchase price. Petitioner is Dr. Charles H. Baughman, while the defendants are Quality Mobile Homes, Inc., the seller, and the Winnebago Industries, the manufacturer.
