Appellant brought this action in the District Court pursuant to the Civil Rights Act (42 U.S.C. § 1983) for alleged violation of his First Amendment rights. The action was brought against school officials (appellees) who suspended appellant for five days from Canyon del Oro High School in Pima County, Arizona.
