Defendants were tried jointly and convicted by a jury of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with intent to commit larceny. MCLA 750.110; MSA 28.305. On April 14, 1971, defendant Adams was sentenced to a prison term of 7-1/2 to 15 years; defendant Drinkwine was sentenced to a prison term of 12-1/2 to 15 years.
