Joseph Reed and Robert Hickman were indicted on charges of attempt-burglary and of possession of burglary tools. The trial resulted in jury verdicts of guilty against both men on both counts of the indictment. After a probationary investigation, defendant Reed was sentenced to five years probation. Defendant Hickman was denied probation and was sentenced to a term of one...
