Plaintiffs appeal from the trial court's finding of no cause of action and judgment for defendants entered on November 24, 1970.

Plaintiff, Helen Bachor, is an 80-year-old widow. Her daughter, Dorothy Bachor, is a 58-year-old single woman who is deaf. Neither has had any formal legal training.
