Robert Francis Kunkel, Jr., having entered pleas of guilty on May 25, 1960 to indictments charging first degree murder of two persons, was sentenced to two consecutive terms of life imprisonment. On June 23, 1967 he filed a motion to vacate and set aside the two sentences and judgments, under Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R. Following an evidentiary hearing the motion was overruled.
