The plaintiff, Wiley Leo Futrell, is suing his employer's insurer, Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, for permanent total disability benefits under our Workmen's Compensation law. Futrell was employed by Futrell Chevrolet, Inc., as an automobile mechanic when on November 21, 1968, he suffered an injury to his right knee.
