Billy Joe Rehkopf (Rehkopf) appeals from a judgment of the district court affirming a bankruptcy court order which restrains him from interfering with the bankruptcy trustee's possession of a certain store located in Texarkana, Texas. The sole issue to be resolved on appeal is whether the store falls within the summary jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court.
