This appeal involves a tort action for property damages arising out of an intersectional collision. From a judgment of $455 in favor of the plaintiff, the defendant has lodged this suspensive appeal. The quantum of damages having been stipulated, the only issues presented are the negligence and contributory negligence of the opposing drivers.
