This cause comes on for the consideration of the court upon a motion filed by defendants herein for a dismissal of the proceedings, for the reason that the complaint does not state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Specifically, defendants interject the application of R. C. 2305.06, which bars a cause of action if such is not brought within 15 years from accrual.
