Valliet Duhon seeks benefits alleged to be due him under an accident policy issued by defendant, Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company. Plaintiff suffered a simple fracture of his leg. Following open reduction of the fracture, osteomyelitis developed and ultimately it became necessary to amputate his leg.
