Wilbert Tabb instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by him when he received a bullet would from a pistol fired by James Christopher Norred, Jr., a minor. Plaintiff alleges that the shooting occurred pursuant to a conspiracy between Norred and Nicholas Lee Vincent, also a minor.
