These two cases come to this court on petition seeking writs of mandamus to be issued to Honorable Whit Windham, Circuit Judge, Tenth Judicial Circuit. Both petitions assert that Judge Windham committed reversible error by his order transferring the petitioners' cases from the Law Division to the Equity Division of the Jefferson County Circuit Court.
