The principal issue is whether there is sufficient credible evidence to sustain the findings of fact which support the judgment.

There is no question as to the standard of review to be applied in this appeal wherein we scrutinize the findings of fact made by the trial judge without a jury.

The weight of the evidence and the credibility of the witnesses are within the province of the trial court...
