The Governor of the State of Alabama, pursuant to Title 13, Section 34, Code of Alabama 1940, as amended, requested an advisory opinion of the Supreme Court of

Alabama concerning his right to appoint a person to whom he was related by marriage to fill a vacancy on the bench of the Circuit Court for the Thirty-Second Judicial Circuit. The questions propounded appear in the opinion.
