In this civil action for negligence a Michigan partnership, Adam's Rib (hereinafter defendant), appeals as of right from an adverse jury verdict of $100,000. The verdict was entered in favor of the guardian of Andrew Ziegler (hereinafter plaintiff). Plaintiff is the minor son of Richard M. Ziegler, a general partner of the sued partnership.
