Appellant's habeas corpus petition tests the validity of the revocation of his parole as a federal prisoner. November 1, 1971, was the date on which the parole was revoked. That was prior to June 29, 1972, the date of the Supreme Court's decision in Morrissey v. Brewer, 408 U.S. 471, 92 S.Ct. 2593, 33 L.Ed.2d 484, but subsequent to Goldberg v.
