Appellant, a recent graduate of the Law School at the University of Toledo, appeals from the dismissal of his suit for reimbursement of $1,550 tuition fees charged him as an out-of-state resident. It is his claim that his federal constitutional rights to due process of law and to equal protection of the laws have been abridged by defendants (officers of the University) by their interpretation of the out-of-state tuition regulation in force...
