After trial to the court, defendant was convicted of the crime of being an ex-convict in possession of a concealable firearm. ORS 166.270.1 On appeal defendant alleges error by the trial court (1) in holding that defendant's prior conviction under a Washington statute constituted a prior felony conviction under ORS 166.270, and (2) in overruling defendant's objection to certain cross-examination by the prosecuting attorney...
