Hill brought this suit against American Airlines, Inc., alleging racial discrimination in employment practices in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e-2, and of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, 42 U.S.C.A. § 1981.
