SIMPSON, Circuit Judge:

George Broadway appeals from his conviction and sentence to three years confinement under a single count1 which charged him with transporting and causing to be transported in interstate commerce a falsely made and forged security in violation of Title 18, U.S.C. Section 2314. Several points of claimed error are raised on appeal, one of which we find meritorious, requiring reversal of the judgment of conviction....
