The question presented is whether a Minnesota resident as plaintiff, suing in this court a resident of the State of Michigan as defendant on a wrongful death cause of action arising out of an automobile accident occurring in Florida, may obtain jurisdiction quasi in rem over defendant by garnisheeing the defendant's insurer which does business in Minnesota and most if not all states in the United States and by personal service on defendant...
